Employees Temporarily Included in Society Jurisdiction. 5.2.1 Xxxxx Power personnel from outside The Society’s jurisdiction temporarily assigned work within Society jurisdiction shall be represented by The Society for that portion of the assignment extending beyond three months. Dues shall be deducted for the period beyond three months, except when the expected duration of the assignment will be longer than three months, in which case dues shall be deducted from the commencement date of the assignment.
