Common use of Employer’s Objectives Clause in Contracts

Employer’s Objectives. The Employer’s objective in entering into a framework agreement over a five-year term, on an as and when instructed basis, is to secure the services on a full-time basis of a suitably qualified specialist project/ Environmental Consultant to serve the Employer’s needs and requirements in the construction of new infrastructure on its Thohoyandou Campus.
