The contract will be based on the NEC 3 TERM SERVICE CONTRACT (TSC). The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works and Infrastructure will enter into a contract with the successful Bidder. Only tenderers who have suitable experience and suitably qualified personnel in providing similar services to those that are required are eligible to submit tenders. Tender documents are downloadable for free of charge from National Treasury’s eTender Portal: (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/content/advertised-tenders) or from the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure website (xxx.xxxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxx) from the 09 September 2022. No briefing will be held The closing time for receipt of tenders by the ECDPWI is 11:00 am on 11 October 2022 where tenders will be opened in public. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late tenders will not be accepted.
