Common use of Employment Notification Clause in Contracts

Employment Notification. Within fourteen (14) calendar days, the Human Resources Department shall notify the Association of all new hires and terminations within its bargaining unit. Such notice shall include the peace officer's name, address, telephone number and the action taken. At the end of each pay period, the Police Department shall provide the Association with a copy of the time sheet of each Association peace officer who was on a no-pay status in that pay period.
