Common use of Employment of Retired Employees on a Part-Time Basis Clause in Contracts

Employment of Retired Employees on a Part-Time Basis. (a) Subject to a medical examination, an employee may elect to become a regular part-time employee, but no such employee shall be permitted to work beyond the age of seventy (70) years. Such employees may elect to fill a vacancy within six (6) months of retirement.
