Common use of Enabler Clause in Contracts

Enabler. By written mutual agreement between the local Human Resources Advisor and the local Business Representative of Union, other call-out procedures may be developed locally. Such local agreement must include a 30-day cancellation clause by either party. If voluntary agreement is not reached, the provisions of Title 212 will remain in effect. (Amended 10-1-03)
