Scheduled Work Days Clause Samples
The Scheduled Work Days clause defines the specific days on which work is to be performed under the agreement. It typically outlines a regular work schedule, such as Monday through Friday, and may specify exceptions for holidays or special circumstances. By clearly establishing when work is expected to occur, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about work commitments and ensures both parties have aligned expectations regarding project timelines and resource availability.
Scheduled Work Days. The Employer shall normally schedule each employee’s days of work on a monthly basis by the 16th of the month for the following month, and shall not normally change prepared schedules without fifteen (15) calendar days advance notification to the involved employee(s). Days of work schedule changes resulting from unexpected employee absences shall not cause the payment of overtime.
Scheduled Work Days. The standby period for a scheduled work day will be fifteen and one-half (15 1/2) hours extending from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. the next day. When an employee is assigned to standby on a scheduled work day, such employee will be paid three (3) hours at the straight time rate of pay for each fifteen and one-half (15 1/2) hour period or any portion thereof.

Scheduled Work Days. Benefits will be pro-rated for all scheduled work days including early releases. If an employee is required to work part or all of these days, the employee will be compensated with all regular benefits including but not limited to retirement and medical insurance. On delayed start days, employees shall be able to work their regularly scheduled hours. Pre- approved responsibilities will be assigned by an employee’s direct supervisor.
