Encampments. If encampments belonging to Persons Experiencing Homelessness (PEH) are encountered by LOCAL AGENCY during MAINTENANCE of the ARTWORK, the LOCAL AGENCY will inform the STATE and comply with any existing agreements between STATE and LOCAL AGENCY regarding the removal of the PEH and any structures, personal property, debris, and/or other items related to the encampment that covers the location(s) shown in Exhibit A, subject to applicable State and Federal law. In the absence of any such agreements, STATE will determine how to proceed with the PEH and encampment(s) and communicate with LOCAL AGENCY on how to proceed with MAINTENANCE under this AGREEMENT.

Encampments. Illegal camping in City parks is the purview of the City of Austin. TTF will follow all current City policies and procedures in regards to encampments. Staff will report associated concerns as service requests through Austin 311. If the issue raises safety concerns or hinders TTF or its contractor’s ability to maintain or operate the parkland as outlined in this document, a TTF representative will contact the appropriate contact at PARD or report the issue(s) at the regular field operations meetings.

  • Trainings iv. Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.

  • Internships The Hospital may establish internships for the purpose of meeting future projected nursing shortages and/or providing career opportunities where there are no internal qualified candidates for job postings. In such circumstances, the implementation and guidelines of such an arrangement will be determined locally by the Hospital and the Union subject to the following: Internships are designed to develop the Hospital’s staff in order to fill positions for which there are currently no qualified internal candidates and/or for which shortages are predicted within a five (5) year period. Internships enable hospitals to maximize the use of qualified internal staff to meet their human resources needs, while at the same time providing career development opportunities for their employees. To provide direction to the local parties in developing and implementing internship(s) the Ontario Nurses’ Association and Participating Hospitals have agreed to the following principles:

BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.
