End Customer Data. “End Customer Data” means information (including personal information) relating to an end customer, including e.g. name and address. You are solely responsible for the content and the legitimate use of all End Customer Data. You will adhere to the applicable laws relating to End Customer Data, especially in the field of data protection. You will secure and maintain all rights in End Customer Data necessary for DHL to provide the Duty and Tax Calculator Service to you without violating the applicable law or the rights of any third party. DHL does not and will not assume any obligations with respect to End Customer Data or to your use of the such data other than as expressly set forth in these T&Cs or as required by applicable law.

End Customer Data. In connection with Xxxxxx’s performance of the Services, Tabnam may collect End Customer Data. Customer acknowledges that such End Customer Data may include non- personal information and personal information of End Customers as well as data relating to End Customer Communications. Tabnam will not retain, use or disclose such End Customer Data for any purpose other than to provide the Services to Customer, to improve the Services generally, or as otherwise directed by Customer. Tabnam may create and derive from processing related to the Services anonymized and/or aggregated data that does not identify any Customer or End Customer, and use, publicize or share with third parties such data for Tabnam’s legitimate business purposes. If Customer cancels its account with Tabnam or becomes inactive due to unpaid past-due amounts, Tabnam may delete all End Customer Data after a period of two (2) months. Tabnam will provide Customer with self-service functionality that enables Customer to export, correct, and delete End Customer Data associated with a specific email address. Customer acknowledges and agrees that if Customer requires further assistance in addition to the self- service functionality described in this Section 7.2, Customer shall reimburse Tabnam for such assistance at Xxxxxx’s then-current professional services rates, which shall be made available to Customer upon request. Customer shall hold Tabnam, its subcontractors, suppliers and licensors harmless from any and all data protection claims relating to such access. Tabnam may transfer End Customer Data to its successor or acquirer in a merger, acquisition or other consolidation, including without limitation the sale of all or substantially all of Tabnam’s stock or assets or business to which this Agreement applies
End Customer Data. The End-Customer shall, except as otherwise agreed between the Cognite Partner and the End- Customer, retain ownership of End-Customer Data.

  • Customer Data 4.1 The Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.

  • Return of Customer Data Okta shall return Customer Data to Customer and, to the extent allowed by applicable law, delete Customer Data in accordance with the procedures and time periods specified in the Trust & Compliance Documentation, unless the retention of the data is requested from Okta according to mandatory statutory laws.

  • Client Data The Subrecipient shall maintain client data demonstrating client eligibility for services provided. Such data shall include, but not be limited to, client name, address, income level or other basis for determining eligibility, and description of service provided. Such information shall be made available to Grantee monitors or their designees for review upon request.
