Items left on the pitch pose a hazard to subsequent users and damage our ground-keeping equipment. • Remember to empty any external bins/bags and dispose of rubbish and recycling in the wheelie bins in the front car park. End of Hire Period. 54.1 At the expiration of the Hire Period the Customer will at its sole expense in all respects return the Equipment to the Supplier at its Kalgoorlie premises unless an MDF has been paid, in which case the Supplier will demobilise the Equipment and the Customer must cooperate with and assist that process. 54.2 The Equipment must be returned by the Customer in a clean condition and in substantially the same condition as it was in at the commencement of the Hire Period (fair wear and tear excepted). If the Equipment is returned in a dirty, un-serviced, damaged or otherwise neglected condition the Supplier will supply such Services as it considers necessary to rectify this breach and such costs shall be notified to the Customer and shall be payable to the Supplier by the Customer on demand by the Supplier.

End of Hire Period. 5.1 You will be contacted before the end of the hire period with details of your options and any procedures that need to be followed. You must ensure that our instructions are complied with promptly. 5.2 You will not benefit from any tax exemption on any balance still outstanding on your Hire Agreement at the end of your Hire Period. It will, to the extent allowable by law, become payable to us. We may seek to deduct it from any future net salary payments due to you or you may be required to pay it in a single lump sum within 14 days of request.
End of Hire Period. 16.1 The Customer must ensure the Equipment is: (a) returned to OEM GROUP at the end of the Hire Period in a clean condition otherwise, the Customer agrees to pay a reasonable cleaning fee if the Equipment is not returned in a clean condition (to be determined by OEM GROUP on a case by case basis) (b) returned to OEM GROUP fully fueled otherwise, the Customer agrees to pay for the cost of refueling the Equipment if it not returned full; and (c) maintained, oiled and greased during the Hire Period in accordance with information provided by OEM GROUP, written, verbal, or displayed on the Equipment; For the sake of clarity any consumables used by the Customer are to be charged at a reasonable commercial rate by OEM GROUP. 16.2 The Customer agrees to return the Equipment to OEM GROUP ’s address on or before the end of the Hire Period and any failure to do so can be criminal theft and may be immediately reported to the police.

End of Hire Period. At the end of the Hire Period the Hirer will: 7.1 remove all of the Hirer Items; and 7.2 leave the Hire Area in the same condition it was in at the start of the Hire Period (including returning all furniture to the original layout).

At the expiration of the Hire Period the Hirer shall leave the Venue in a clean and orderly state free of litter and in particular (but without prejudice to the generality of the above): (a) the Hirer is to remove all equipment previously brought in by or on behalf of the Hirer; (b) the Hirer is to ensure that all tables and chairs are duly folded, stacked, put away and stored as appropriate ; (c) the Hirer is responsible for removing all its refuse which cannot be fitted into the premises’ designated refuse containers, and for removing all recyclable waste; and (d) the Hirer shall be responsible for properly locking and securing the premises.
