End User Fees. Charges to End Users for equipment furnished by ------------- Reseller shall be as determined by Reseller. Except as otherwise required by Federal or State regulation, the fees for the Paging Services provided by Reseller to End Users shall also be established by Reseller. Reseller shall be responsible for billing and collecting such fees and shall bear the collection risk related thereto.
End User Fees. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxxx may charge Licensee Users fees in connection with certain transactions, as further set forth in the Dinari TOS, which may be updated from time to time. Licensee hereby agrees to clearly communicate the existence of such Service Fees, and all related information thereto, to each of its Licensee User prior to each Licensee User’s use of the Service. Licensee shall be solely responsible for ensuring each of its Licensee Users is made aware of the Service Fees, and Xxxxxx expressly disclaims all responsibility related thereto.

You are free to choose to (a) not to charge any End User Fees for or within Your Content; or (b) to charge End User Fees for and/or within Your Content, including but not limited to for providing additional services, licenses, functionality and/or products associated with Your Content and/or extension of the term of license granted to an End User by You (e.g. beyond the initial limited trial period).

End User Fees. It is the responsibility of the BSP to invoice End-Users for Products and/or Services ordered and to collect any amounts due from such End-Users. The failure or inability of the BSP to collect any amounts due from End-Users shall not relieve the BSP from timely payments when due to RIM for such Products and/or Services.
