End User License Terms. Customer agrees:
End User License Terms. Upon request, VAR shall make available to End Users the End User License and Subscription program terms and conditions, and advise Autodesk promptly of any known breach of the terms and conditions of these agreements and support Autodesk’s compliance efforts related thereto.
End User License Terms. Licensee shall include the following terms and conditions, provided that Licensee shall substitute Licensee’s name in place of Sun as appropriate.

Software portions of OEM Products and Licensed Products may be distributed only by Dell to End Users, each of which has agreed to be bound by an agreement in electronic or printed format substantially in the form, and shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in NetApp's End User Software License Agreement substantially in the form of Attachment C ("End User License") as well as any additional terms of such relationship; provided that any such additional terms shall be consistent in all material respects with Attachment C.
End User License Terms. In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, use of the Microsoft Products, including any Client Software (software that is installed on End User’s own servers, computers or other devices for End User’s own use) or Redistribution Software (software that is provided without separate payment as a sample or for redistribution, software development or other purposes), is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Microsoft’s End User License Terms (including the relevant portions of Microsoft’s Service Provider Use Rights document), which terms and conditions are attached and constitute part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the terms and conditions set forth in Microsoft’s End User License Terms shall be controlling over the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. End User is responsible to LISS for any unauthorized manufacture, copying, reproduction, distribution, installation, access, modification or use of Client Software and/or Redistribution Software by End User.
End User License Terms. For Products distributed pursuant to a software license agreement to end users, Licensee shall include the following terms and conditions. Licensee shall substitute Licensee's name in place of Sun in each instance where it occurs in the following text.
End User License Terms. When reselling any Everbridge Services, Partner shall require each Client to enter into a valid commercial agreement that has the mandatory provisions from the Terms and Conditions of Service set out in Exhibit B.
