ENDING THE LEASE. This Lease expires at the end of the Lease Term. If this Lease ends and Lessee does not vacate the Parking Space on the lease ending date, Lessee must pay in addition to the normal Rent, $10 per day as Additional Rent. This rental charge is due for each day that Lessee stays in possession of the Parking Space.
ENDING THE LEASE a) This LEASE will end at the time and date listed in Paragraph 2. LANDLORD may not extend the term of this LEASE without the written consent of TENANT. TENANT may not extend the term of this LEASE without the written consent of LANDLORD. Failure to vacate the UNIT at the end of LEASE shall be a violation of this LEASE.
b) If LANDLORD fails to repair or remedy a condition for which it is obligated, by law, to repair or remedy, TENANT may pursue remedies under Oklahoma law, including the possibility of terminating this LEASE, by following this procedure:
(1) TENANT must make a written request for repair or remedy of the condition – after which LANDLORD shall have a reasonable time for repair or remedy;
(2) if LANDLORD fails to do so, TENANT must make a second written request for the repair or remedy (to make sure that there has been no miscommunication) – after which LANDLORD will have a reasonable time for the repair or remedy; and
c) If TENANT does not vacate the UNIT upon expiration of the TERM, TENANT shall pay, in addition to the normal RENT, an additional charge of $200.00 per day until TENANT vacates. This additional charge is due for each day that TENANT stays in possession of the UNIT after expiration of the TERM. Nothing contained in this LEASE shall give TENANT the right to remain in possession of the UNIT following expiration of the TERM.

b) If LANDLORD fails to repair or remedy a condition for which it is obligated, by law, to repair or remedy, TENANT may pursue remedies under Florida law, including the possibility of terminating this LEASE, by following this procedure:
(1) TENANT must make a written request for repair or remedy of the condition – after which LANDLORD shall have seven (7) days for repair or remedy;
(2) if LANDLORD fails to do so, TENANT may terminate the Lease by written notice to LANDLORD;
(3) notwithstanding subsections (1) and (2) above, if the failure of LANDLORD to repair or remedy a condition for which it is obligated, by law, to repair or remedy, is due to causes beyond the control of LANDLORD and LANDLORD has made and continues to make every reasonable effort to correct the failure to comply, the LEASE may be terminated or modified by the parties as follows:
(i) if LANDLORD’s failure to comply renders the UNIT untenantable and TENANT vacates, the TENANT shall not be liable for RENT during the period the UNIT remains uninhabitable.
(ii) if LANDLORD’s failure to comply does not render the UNIT untenantable and TENANT remains in occupancy, the RENT for the period of noncompliance shall be reduced by an amount in proportion to the loss of rental value caused by the noncompliance.
c) If TENANT does not vacate the UNIT upon expiration of the TERM, TENANT shall pay, in addition to the normal RENT, an additional charge of double the amount of RENT due for the UNIT, or any part thereof, on a per diem basis for the period during which TENANT refuses to surrender possession until TENANT vacates. This additional charge is due for each day that TENANT stays in possession of the UNIT after expiration of the TERM. Nothing contained in this LEASE shall give TENANT the right to remain in possession of the UNIT following expiration of the TERM.

ENDING THE LEASE. Initial
a. This Lease will end at the time and date listed in Paragraph 2. The Landlord may not extend the term of this Lease without the written consent of the Resident. The Resident may not extend the term of this Lease without the written consent of the Landlord. Failure to leave at the end of Lease shall be a violation of this Lease.
b. If this Lease is ended and Resident does not leave on the Lease ending date, Resident must pay in addition to the normal Rent, a per day charge as Holdover Rent of $200.00 per day until Resident vacates.
ENDING THE LEASE. At the end of this Lease Agreement or any renewal thereof, Tenant(s) must vacate and shall immediately and peacefully surrender and return to the Landlord the possession of the Leased Premises in as good condition as when Tenant(s) took possession less normal wear and tear. The Leased Premises shall be cleared out of all occupants, furniture, personal articles, and effects of any kind.
ENDING THE LEASE. 6.1 Either party can end this Lease at any time after it has been in force for the Minimum Period by giving Notice to the other party. Until the Term ends, you must pay the Rent. After the Notice period has ended, the Term will end as long as you have complied with the provisions of clause 6.2. The Lease ending will not affect our rights to recover Rent or other amounts you owe under this Lease.
6.2 When this Lease ends you must have left the Premises in accordance with your obligations in this Lease, provided vacant possession of the Property and taken all your belongings with you.
ENDING THE LEASE. If this Lease is ended and Xxxxxx does not leave on the ending date, Tenant will pay a monthly rent equal to 100% of the base rent stated in this lease.

c) fails to do anything which is required by this LEASE; or
d) gives LANDLORD false information, including information or signatures on TENANT’s or the Guarantor’s/Co- signers rental application, on the LEASE or on the GUARANTEE; or
e) any of the utilities which are payable by TENANT or the other tenants of the UNIT are not paid in a timely manner or are disconnected or shut-off; or
f) TENANT fails to pay any fine within 10 days after it is levied in accordance with this LEASE or the Rules and Regulations.
