Personal Articles. ‌ (a) Upon submission of reasonable proof, the Employer will repair or indemnify with respect to damage to the chattels of an employee while on duty caused through the normal and proper performance of duties; provided that such personal property be articles of use or wear of a type suitable for use or wear while on duty. (b) The Employer will reimburse the employee to a maximum of one hundred dollars ($100) for items of jewellery lost or damaged as outlined in Article 28.05(a).

Personal Articles. Contractor employees shall not take any package, purse, lunch sack, box, or other personal articles into commissary areas, except authorized break rooms and locker rooms. The Government will provide the Contractor a designated area, which can be secured, to store Contractor employee articles and the Contractor shall be responsible for the security of the area. Any facilities provided for the storage of Contractor employee personal articles remain Government property and are subject to Government inspection.
Personal Articles. Residents are encouraged to bring personal belongings, which do not endanger themselves or others (for example, furniture must fit into the available areas). The facility is not responsible for the loss of any money, jewelry, cell phone/chargers or personal articles unless they are deposited for safekeeping in the Social Work Office and a receipt is received. Locked storage space (both drawers and wardrobes) are available for secure storage of Resident 's property.

After the conference, the teacher will be notified, in writing, of the administrator’s decision. In the event the student’s teacher is not available for a conference, the administrator will notify the teacher in writing of any changes in a grade.
