Engineering Support Meetings. 5.5.1 The Contractor shall participate, prepare minutes and action items, and provide technical support and inputs in Engineering Review Boards and Review Meetings including Hardware Engineering Review Board, Local Configuration Control Board, Enterprise Configuration Control Board, Failure/Problem Review Boards, Fleet Issues Working Groups (FIWG), Engineering Working Group and User Working Group. The Contractor shall submit Report, Record of Meeting Minutes in accordance with CDRL A014.

  • Project Meetings The Contractor shall attend a preconstruction conference and shall participate in regularly scheduled Project meetings.

  • Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”).   • Management meetings 31.1 Either the Engineer or the Contractor may require the other to attend a management meeting. The business of a management meeting shall be to review the plans for remaining work and to deal with matters raised in accordance with the early warning procedure.
