English Language Instruction. Tiger shall employ the services of the University’s English Learning and Orientation Program (“ELOP”) as the exclusive source of the IAP’s English language instruction and support. As part of the Teaching Reimbursement, Tiger will reimburse the University for English language instructional staff and services provided through the ELOP at the non-credit-bearing rate, using the methodology set forth in Section 2.5(B above.

English Language Instruction. 5.1 English language instruction to improve NUFE students’ language ability is available through UM English Language Centre (“ELC”). Students who do not meet the UM minimum English language proficiency requirements, but who meet the ELC admission requirement, may enroll in AEPUCE courses at the ELC prior to starting their academic programs. Students who do not successfully complete AEPUCE will be required to repeat the course prior to admission to the Faculty.

  • English Language (a) Any notice given under or in connection with any Finance Document must be in English.

  • Mandate Letter language The Funder will receive a Mandate Letter from the Ministry annually. Each Mandate Letter articulates areas of focus for the Funder, and the Ministry’s expectation that the Funder and health service providers it funds will collaborate to advance these areas of focus. To assist the HSP in its collaborative efforts with the Funder, the Funder will share each relevant Mandate Letter with the HSP. The Funder may also add local obligations to Schedule D as appropriate to further advance any priorities set put in a Mandate Letter.

  • French Language Services If the HSP is required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the FLSA, the HSP will be required to submit a French language services report to the Funder. If the HSP is not required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the FLSA, it will be required to provide a report to the Funder that outlines how the HSP addresses the needs of its local Francophone community.

  • Controlling Language This Agreement is in English only, which language shall be controlling in all respects. All documents exchanged under this Agreement shall be in English.

  • Form instructions 1. This form does not mandate the use of a specific font size or style but the font must be legible.
