English Language Instruction. 5.1 English language instruction to improve NUFE students’ language ability is available through UM English Language Centre (“ELC”). Students who do not meet the UM minimum English language proficiency requirements, but who meet the ELC admission requirement, may enroll in AEPUCE courses at the ELC prior to starting their academic programs. Students who do not successfully complete AEPUCE will be required to repeat the course prior to admission to the Faculty. 5.2 The NUFE contact person shall receive ELC applications from the students and shall forward these directly to ELC at least three (3) months in advance of the start of classes. 5.3 Fees for the ELC program shall be in addition to student tuition fees and shall be paid directly to ELC in accordance with subsection 7.1.2 below.

English Language Instruction. Tiger shall employ the services of the University’s English Learning and Orientation Program (“ELOP”) as the exclusive source of the IAP’s English language instruction and support. As part of the Teaching Reimbursement, Tiger will reimburse the University for English language instructional staff and services provided through the ELOP at the non-credit-bearing rate, using the methodology set forth in Section 2.5(B above.

  • English Language (a) Any notice given under or in connection with any Finance Document must be in English. (b) All other documents provided under or in connection with any Finance Document must be: (i) in English; or (ii) if not in English, and if so required by the Agent, accompanied by a certified English translation and, in this case, the English translation will prevail unless the document is a constitutional, statutory or other official document.

  • English Language Controls Notwithstanding any translated version of this Agreement and/or specifications that may be provided to Registry Operator, the English language version of this Agreement and all referenced specifications are the official versions that bind the parties hereto. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between any translated version of this Agreement and the English language version, the English language version controls. Notices, designations, determinations, and specifications made under this Agreement shall be in the English language.

  • English Language Learners The Charter School shall comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations relating to the provision of educational services to English Language Learners.

  • Use of English Language This Agreement has been executed and delivered in the English language. Any translation of this Agreement into another language shall have no interpretive effect. All documents or notices to be delivered pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement shall be in the English language or, if any such document or notice is not in the English language, accompanied by an English translation thereof, and the English language version of any such document or notice shall control for purposes thereof.

  • Spanish Language The parties agree that, except as set forth in this Amendment, the current terms of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. All capitalized terms not defined will have the meaning given to them in the Agreement.

  • French Language Services If the HSP is required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the FLSA, the HSP will be required to submit a French language services report to the Funder. If the HSP is not required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the FLSA, it will be required to provide a report to the Funder that outlines how the HSP addresses the needs of its local Francophone community.

  • Controlling Language This Agreement is in English only, which language shall be controlling in all respects. All documents exchanged under this Agreement shall be in English.

  • Official Languages (a) Appointments and transfers shall be subject to the Corporate Official Languages Policy, as it may be amended from time to time. (b) The parties agree to study the feasibility of developing a program to facilitate the exchange of employees who wish to improve their proficiency in the other official language.
