Entitlement During Leaves of Absence. When a regular twelve (12) month employee is on an approved leave of absence without pay, layoff or Long Term Disability, vacation entitlement earned during this period shall be reduced by one-twelfth (1/12) for each month or major portion thereof of such leave.
