Overtime During Layoffs. There shall be no extended amount of overtime worked in any operation while there are employees on layoff in the same or similar type of operations and who are qualified to perform the available work.

Overtime During Layoffs. It is understood that the need may arise for overtime due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances when full-time employees are laid off. In these cases the Company will notify the Union and such overtime will be distributed as per the collective agreement.

Call Back Pay Guarantee: An employee who is called back to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of three (3) hours at overtime rates including thirty (30) minutes paid travelling time.
