Entitlement to Sick Leave. An employee (other than a casual Employeeemployee) who has accrued a sick leave: 26.10.1 leave credit: a) Is entitled to take sick leave if the employee is too sick to work; b) And who is on annual leave is entitled to take sick leave if the Employee employee is too sick to work; 26work for a period of at least three (3) days. In this case, the annual leave taken while sick would be reimbursed and the leave deducted from the employee’s sick leave entitlement.

Xxxx leave so taken does not count as annual leave.
