Entitlement to Vacation and Overtime. For the avoidance of any doubt, any residual entitlement to vacation and overtime work, if any, shall be fully discharged by the release pursuant to Article 15 and the Severance Payments pursuant to Article 4 of this Agreement.

Entitlement to Vacation and Overtime. At the same time that the Company pays the Lump Sum, the Company shall pay the Executive an additional amount in respect of the Executive’s accrued but unpaid time off ("heures supplémentaires" and "travail supplémentaire") as of the Release Date. The Executive shall have no further rights to accrue or use any such time off other than as set forth in the preceding sentence.
Entitlement to Vacation and Overtime. Until the Termination Date, the Employee shall take her remaining vacation and compensate overtime ("heures supplémentaires/Überstunden" and "travail supplémentaire/Überzeit"), if any, with time off to the extent the Employee is entitled to compensation of overtime. The Employee shall inform Xxxxx Xxxx, Vice President and Interim Head of Human Resources at xxxxx@xxx.xxx about the dates Employee plans to take vacation. Any further entitlement to vacation and overtime work, if any, shall be fully discharged by the Release pursuant to Art. 15 of this Agreement and by the Lump Sum Payment pursuant to Art. 4 of this Agreement.

  • Vacation and Sick Leave At such reasonable times as the Board of Directors shall in its discretion permit, the Employee shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment under this Agreement, with all such voluntary absences to count as vacation time; provided that:

  • General Benefits During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in such employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs of the Company as are made available to the Company's senior-level executives or to its employees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, long-term disability, travel accident and life insurance plans.

  • Vacations and Sick Leave The Executive shall be entitled to paid annual vacation leave in accordance with the policies as established from time to time by the Board of Directors, which shall in no event be less than four weeks per annum. The Executive shall also be entitled to an annual sick leave benefit as established by the Board for senior management employees of the Bank. The Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from the Bank for failure to take a vacation or sick leave, nor shall he be able to accumulate unused vacation or sick leave from one year to the next; provided, however, such Executive may carry forward from year to year a maximum of ten days of unused vacation leave.
