Entitlement to Vacation. The Company acknowledges that the Manager shall be entitled to an annual vacation of four (4) weeks. The Manager shall use his best efforts to ensure that such vacation is arranged with the Company in advance such that his vacation does not unduly affect the operations of the Company.
Entitlement to Vacation.
(a) The vacation allowance shall not be vested with the employee until completion of six months of service with the District. The employee shall not be entitled to take any vacation time until the employee has completed the six months of service, except for any period of mandatory vacation scheduling.
(b) After completion of six (6) months of service, the employee may take his/her earned vacation, subject to the provisions of Section 5 of this Article.
(c) The following shall occur in the event that an employee has more than fifteen (15) days of accrued vacation in January and does not have vacation scheduled that reduces his or her accrual to thirty (30) days by June 30th. If the District cannot schedule a sufficient vacation time during this period due to operating requirements, the additional days about (30) accrued as of December 31 will be paid to the employee as of that date.
(1) The Xxxx, Director, Manager or Supervisor will, upon consultation with the employee, schedule vacation time so that accumulated vacation does not exceed 30 days as of June 30th.
(2) If the accrued rate exceeds 30 days after June 30th, the employee will have until December 31st to use the additional days that had accrued in the prior fiscal year.
(3) If the District cannot schedule a sufficient vacation time during this period due to operating requirements, the additional days above thirty (30) accrued as of June 30th will be paid to the employee in January of the next calendar year.
(4) Vacation days earned from July through December shall not be included in the thirty-day limitation from the prior fiscal year.

An employee shall earn annual vacation entitlement for any calendar year only on reaching the employee's anniversary date, although the employee may take annual vacation entitlement anytime during that calendar year, except as expressly provided otherwise by Clause 21.03(a) above.

(i) A Regular Employee shall earn annual vacation entitlement for any calendar year only on reaching that Employee's anniversary date, although he or she may take annual vacation entitlement anytime during that calendar year, subject to the provisions of Clause 24.02(a)(ii) and Clause 24.04 below.
(ii) Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Employee shall be entitled to take any vacation time off work during their first calendar year of employment, being a period of three hundred sixty-five (365) consecutive calendar days calculated from and including the date they first commence work in the bargaining unit, adding one (1) additional day in the case of a “leap year”, unless otherwise expressly agreed to by the Employer, on a case-by-case basis. The exercise of such discretionary rights by the Employer shall not give rise to any grievance or arbitration by the Union in respect of any Employee(s) in the bargaining unit.
Entitlement to Vacation. Full-time employees shall be entitled to an annual vacation with pay calculated from the date of seniority as follows: An employee with less than one (1) year's service as of December shall be entitled to vacation pay at the rate of one day for each complete month of service, to a maximum of ten days; On completion of one year of service as of December an employee shall be entitled to ten days ion; An employee shall be allowed fifteen (15) days of vacation in the calendar year in which their third anniversary falls; An employee shall be allowed twenty days of vacation in the calendar year in which their eighth anniversary falls; An employee shall be allowed twenty-five (25) days of vacation in the calendar year in which their sixteenth anniversary falls; An employee shall be allowed thirty (30) days of vacation in the calendar year in which their fifth anniversary falls; Full-time employees who have an adjusted seniority date due to accredited hours worked as a part-time employee shall have their vacation entitlement determined by that adjusted seniority date. The Consultant shall use his best efforts to ensure that such vacation is arranged with the Company in advance such that it does not unduly affect the operations of the Company.
Entitlement to Vacation. A Regular Employee shall earn annual vacation entitlement for any calendar year only on reaching that Employee’s anniversary date, although he or she may take annual vacation entitlement anytime during that calendar year, subject to the provisions of Clause 19.03 below. An Employee during his or her first year of employment must be employed for a minimum of one hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days before he or she may take vacation, any of which time off work shall be subject to the sole discretion of the Employer as to the amount and timing of any such entitlement. It is understood and agreed that vacation entitlement for all Regular Employees in the bargaining unit is earned based on continuous calendar years of service.
