Common use of Entitlements Upon Return to Work Clause in Contracts

Entitlements Upon Return to Work. ‌ (a) Notwithstanding Article 28 - Vacations, vacation entitlements and vacation pay shall continue to accrue while an employee is on leave pursuant to Articles 35.01 and 35.03, providing the employee returns to work as a regular employee for a period of not less than six (6) months. Vacation earned pursuant to this Article may be carried over to the following year notwithstanding Article 28.06. (b) Upon return to work, the employee shall continue in her former position without loss of perquisites accumulated up to the date of commencement of the maternity or parental leave of absence without pay and subject to the provisions of Article 34.03. (c) Employees who are unable to complete the six (6) months return to work required in (a) as a result of proceeding on maternity or parental leave shall be credited with their earned vacation entitlements and vacation pay providing the employee returns to work as a regular employee for a period of not less than six (6) months following the expiration of the subsequent maternity or parental leave.

(b) Upon return to work, the employee Employee shall continue in her former position without loss of perquisites accumulated up to the date of commencement of the maternity or parental leave of absence without pay and subject to the provisions of Article 34.03pay. (c) Employees who are unable to complete the six (6) months return to work required in in (a) as a result of proceeding on maternity or parental leave shall be credited with their earned vacation entitlements and vacation pay providing the employee Employee returns to work as a regular employee Regular Employee for a period of not less than six (6) months following the expiration of the subsequent maternity or parental leave.

Vacation earned pursuant to this Article may be carried over to the following year notwithstanding Article 28.0615. (b) Upon return to work, the employee shall continue in her former position without loss of perquisites accumulated up to the date of commencement of the maternity or parental leave of absence without pay and subject to the provisions of Article 34.0326.11. (c) Employees who are unable to complete the six (6) months return to work required in (a) as a result of proceeding on maternity or parental leave shall be credited with their earned vacation entitlements entitlement and vacation pay providing the employee returns to work as a regular employee for a period of not less than six (6) months following the expiration of the subsequent maternity or parental leave.

(c) Employees who are unable to complete the six (6) months return to work required in (a) as a result of proceeding on maternity or parental leave shall be credited with their earned vacation entitlements and vacation pay providing the employee returns to work as a regular employee for a period of not less than six (6) months following the expiration of the subsequent maternity or parental leave.

(c) Employees who are unable to complete the six (6) months return to work required in (a) as a result of proceeding on maternity or parental leave shall be credited with their earned vacation entitlements and vacation pay providing the employee Employee returns to work as a regular employee Regular Employee for a period of not less than six (6) months following the expiration of the subsequent maternity or parental leave.

Vacation earned pursuant to this Article article may be carried over to the following year notwithstanding Article 28.0623.5. (b) Upon return to work, the employee shall continue in her former position without loss of perquisites accumulated up to the date of commencement of the maternity or parental leave of absence without pay and subject to the provisions of Article 34.0329.3. (c) Employees who are unable to complete the six (6) months return to work required in (a) as a result of proceeding on maternity or parental leave shall be credited with their earned vacation entitlements and vacation pay providing the employee returns to work as a regular employee for a period of not less than six (6) months following the expiration of the subsequent maternity or parental leave.
