Entryway. 5.2.1 Schedule 5.2.1.1 Fertilizing of Entryway lawns shall be applied a minimum of 5 times, at six (6) week intervals. This process shall commence on or about March 1st and end mid October. 5.2.1.2 Fertilize shrubs and trees in Entryway landscaped beds in March and September. 5.2.2 Quality 5.2.2.1 Product used on lawns shall be Xxxxx’x Turf Builder (or equivalent product approved by the TLV Landscape Chair) with an application rate of 1 lb. of nitrogen per 1,000 square feet. 5.2.2.2 Lime application on lawns shall be provided during early spring if determined necessary by soil testing. 5.2.2.3 Products used for fertilizing shrubs and trees shall be appropriate for the type of shrub and shall be approved by the Landscape Chair.

Entryway. 10.2.1 Schedule - Activation 10.2.1.1 Backflow Valve Certification on lawns required by Washington State law shall be performed in the spring before the start of the landscaping operations. 10.2.1.2 Irrigation systems shall be activated in the spring prior to the start of the landscaping operations. Activation shall include removal of insulation from double check valve boxes, blow out if required and cleaning filters on sprinkler heads. 10.2.1.3 Timers shall be adjusted monthly to provide appropriate periods of watering according to the seasonal requirements. 10.2.1.4 Systems shall be tested for water spray patterns, timing, and leakage. 10.2.1.5 Sprinkler heads shall be adjusted to provide proper coverage and spray rates for the lawns, flower beds, and shrubbery areas. 10.2.2 Schedule – Deactivation 10.2.2.1 The double check valves and irrigation system line shall be drained or blown out (dependent upon the type of system installed) prior to insulation of the drain boxes. 10.2.2.2 Fill double check valve boxes with R30 insulation in October (weather dependent).
Entryway. An airlock entryway involves a minimum of one stage that is fully sealed to the containment and which is maintained under negative pressure using the ventilation system of the containment. Resealable door entryways involve the use of flexible or rigid doors capable of being repeatedly opened and resealed. Sealing methods include the use of zippers, Velcro, clamps, or similar fasteners. Overlapping door tarpaulin entryways consist of two or three overlapping door tarpaulins. Open seam entryways involve entrance into the containment through any open seam.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein.   • Doors Exterior doors may not be propped open for safety and security reasons. Students may be referred to the student conduct system if found propping these doors. Doors marked as emergency exits may only be used for emergency purposes other than during University-sanctioned move-in days.

  • Blasting Blasting shall be permitted only for road construction purposes unless advance permission is obtained from Forest Service. Whenever the Industrial Fire Precaution Level is II or greater, a fire security person equipped with a long handled round point No. 0 or larger shovel and a 5 gallon backpack pump can filled with water, will stay at location of blast for 1 hour after blasting is done. Blasting may be suspended by Forest Service, in areas of high rate of spread and resistance to control. Fuses shall not be used for blasting. Explosive cords shall not be used without permission of Forest Service, which may specify conditions under which such explosives may be used and precautions to be taken.

  • Fencing The SPD shall Fence the demarcated boundary of the Demised Premises at the SPD’s own expense in every respect.

  • FLOORING All Bed Rooms, Dinning-cum-Living, and would be finished with Ivory Vitrified tiles (24'' X 24'') flooring and 4'' skirting. Bath-room, Kitchen & Balcony would be finished with Ivory Ceramic tiles (12'' X 12'') flooring. The walls of the Toilets/Bathrooms would finish with white glazed tiles in 60'' height. Roof would be finished with roof tiles.

  • KITCHEN Black Granite counter top, Stainless steel sink (17'' x 20''), glazed wall tiles up to 2 ft above black granite counter.

  • Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner. The installation or use of fences which have the effect of preventing wildlife access and use of the Easement Area are prohibited on the Easement Area, easement boundary, or on the Landowner’s land that is immediately adjacent to, and functionally related to, the Easement Area.

  • Foundations nor shall the Contractor be responsible for correction of leaks resulting from said failure.
