Environment, Health and Safety Plan. (a) Within 45 days from the Appointed Date, the Concessionaire shall prepare and submit 4 hard copies and 1 soft copy on a compact disc of a detailed EHS Plan to the Jal Xxxxx. The EHS Plan shall set out the health, safety and environment policies, guidelines and procedures to be followed by the Concessionaire in undertaking the Project and shall include a comprehensive Site safety assurance plan, developed in accordance with Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits, the Technical Standards, the EHS Standards (including specifically, the IFC Performance Standards) and Good Industry Practices.
Environment, Health and Safety Plan. The Client may, upon reasonable notice to the Consultant, request evidence from the Consultant of the EPC Contractor’s compliance with the Environment, Health and Safety Plan and its respective environmental, health and safety and quality assurance plans. The Consultant shall request and provide to the Client such evidence within the time requested by the Client.
