EQUAL EMPLOYMENT PROVISIONS. In performing the service hereunder, Subgrantee agrees to comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws, regulations and orders relating to fair and equal employment opportunity practices and policies.

  • Employment Protection A regular employee who is displaced from their job because of technological change will be considered to be laid off according to Article 13 (Layoff and Recall).
