Equal Opportunities Policy. The Company’s operates an equal opportunities policy in all aspects of recruitment and employment regardless of sex, marital status, religion, race, color, ethnic origin or disability. You are required to comply strictly with this policy although it does not form part of your contract of employment. The policy is set out in the Staff Handbook.
