Equal Opportunity Employment Practices. 3.12.1.1 The Borrower certifies and represents that, during the performance of this Agreement, the Borrower and each of its contractors and subcontractors will adhere to equal employment practices to assure applicants and employees are treated equally and are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, handicap, sex, marital status, or age. The Borrower further certifies that it shall not maintain any segregated facilities.
