ESTIMATED COST OF PROJECT. A. The estimated cost of construction for the Improvement covered by this Agreement, exclusive of the cost of right-of-way or easement acquisition, is FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY SIX THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($436,000.00).
B. The cost of making the Improvement shall include:
(1) Labor and material used in making the Improvement; and
(2) Such other expenses which are necessary in making the Improvement, exclusive of the cost of acquiring real property and any improvement thereon for the location of the Improvement. These expenses include but are not limited to design, project administration, construction inspection, material testing and utility relocations.
C. The Parties anticipate receipt of CARS Funding of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($200,000.00) to help pay a portion of the cost of the Improvement.
D. The remaining cost of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows:
(1) LEAWOOD shall pay 50% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $118,000.00).
(2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 50% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $118,000.00).
(3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.
ESTIMATED COST OF PROJECT. A. The estimated cost of construction for the Improvement covered by this Agreement, exclusive of the cost of right-of-way or easement acquisition, is SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($75,000.00).
B. The cost of making the Improvement shall include:
(1) Labor and material used in making the Improvement; and
(2) Such other expenses which are necessary in making the Improvement, exclusive of the cost of acquiring real property and any improvement thereon for the location of the Improvement. These expenses include but are not limited to design, project administration, construction inspection, material testing and utility relocations.
C. The cost of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows:
(1) PRAIRIE VILLAGE shall pay 59% of said Improvement, total share estimated to be $44,000.00.
(2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 41% of said Improvement, total share estimated to be $31,000.00.
(3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.
ESTIMATED COST OF PROJECT. A. The estimated cost of construction of the Improvement covered by this Agreement, exclusive of the cost of right-of-way or easement acquisition, is SIX HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($620,830.00).
B. The cost of making the Improvement shall include:
(1) Labor and material used in making the Improvement; and
(2) Such other expenses which are necessary in making the Improvement, exclusive of the cost of acquiring real property and any improvement thereon for the location of the Improvement. These expenses include but are not limited to design, project administration, construction inspection, material testing and utility relocations.
C. The cost of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows:
(1) OLATHE shall pay 10% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be

(3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.
ESTIMATED COST OF PROJECT. A. The estimated cost of construction for the Improvement covered by this Agreement, exclusive of the cost of right-of-way or easement acquisition, is FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED AND ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($4,801,400.00)
B. The cost of making the Improvement shall include:
(1) Labor and material used in making the Improvement; and
(2) Such other expenses which are necessary in making the Improvement, exclusive of the cost of acquiring real property and any improvement thereon for the location of the Improvement. These expenses include but are not limited to design, project administration, construction inspection, material testing and utility relocations.
C. The Parties anticipate receipt of CARS Funding of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($2,128,000.00) to help pay a portion of the cost of the Improvement.
D. The remaining cost of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows:
(1) MERRIAM shall pay 52% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED NINETY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTEEN WITH 50/100 DOLLARS ($1,392,515.50)). This amount includes 100% of the cost to design and replace a safety fence along the north edge of the 75th Street Bridge over the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad and Turkey Creek.
(2) SHAWNEE shall pay 3% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be EIGHTY ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY ONE WITH 00/100 DOLLARS ($81,441)).
(3) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 45% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY THREE WITH 50/100 DOLLARS ($1,199,443.50)).
(4) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.
ESTIMATED COST OF PROJECT. A. The estimated cost for construction of the Improvement covered by this Agreement is NINE MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY NINE THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($9,539,000.00)
B. The cost of making the Improvement shall include:
(1) Labor and material used in making the Improvement; and
(2) Such other expenses which are necessary in making the Improvement, exclusive of the cost of acquiring real property and any improvement thereon for the location of the Improvement. These costs include but are not limited to project administration, construction inspection, material testing and utility relocations.
C. The Cities anticipate receipt of Federal Transportation Funding of Two Million, Eight Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($2,800,000.00) to help pay a portion of the cost of the Improvement.
D. The Cities anticipate receipt of County Assistance Road System funding of One Million, Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($1,500,000.00) to help pay a portion of the cost of the Improvement.
E. The remaining cost of making the said Improvement (the “Local Share”) shall be distributed between the Cities as follows:
(1) MISSION shall pay 100% of the Local Share of said Improvement.
(2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 0% of the Local Share of said Improvement.
(3) MISSION shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for the project. Additionally, MISSION shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding the project cost.
ESTIMATED COST OF PROJECT. A. The total estimated cost for the Improvement covered by this Agreement is ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($135,252.00)
B. The cost of making the Improvement shall include:
(1) Labor and material used in making the Improvement; and
(2) Such other expenses which are necessary in making the Improvement, exclusive of the cost of acquiring real property and any improvement thereon for the location of the Improvement. These expenses include but are not limited to design, project administration, construction inspection, material testing and utility relocations.
C. The final actual cost of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows:
(1) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 50% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be SIXTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($67,626.00)). This amount includes all of the cost to replace bad curb and sidewalk, mill and overlay, and re-stripe Xxxxxxx Road between 75th Street and 79th Street.
(2) SHAWNEE shall pay 50% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be SIXTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($67,626.00)). This amount includes all of the cost to replace bad curb and sidewalk, mill and overlay, and re-stripe Xxxxxxx Road between 75th Street and 79th Street.
(3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

C. The local share of the cost for construction of said Improvement, as described hereinabove, shall be distributed as follows:
(1) LENEXA shall pay 25% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated
(2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 75% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $66,225.00).
ESTIMATED COST OF PROJECT. A. The estimated cost of construction for the public improvement covered by this Agreement is ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($170,000).
B. The cost of making the public improvement shall include:
(1) Labor and material used in making the public improvement; and
(2) Such other expenses which are necessary in making the public improvement, exclusive of the cost of acquiring real property and any improvement thereon for the location of the public improvement. These costs include but are not limited to project administration, construction inspection, material testing and utility relocations.
C. The local share of the cost of making the public improvement, as described hereinabove, shall be distributed within each CITY as follows:
(1) The CITY OF PRAIRIE VILLAGE, KANSAS shall pay 69% of said public improvement (estimated to be $117,300).
(2) Xxx XXXX XX XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXXXX shall pay 31% of said public improvement (estimated to be $52,700).
ESTIMATED COST OF PROJECT. A. The estimated cost of design and construction for the public improvement covered by this agreement is SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($728,500.00). B The cost of making the public improvement shall include:
(1) Design of the public improvements;
(2) Labor and material used in making the public improvement; and
(3) Such other expenses which are necessary in making the public improvement, exclusive of the cost of acquiring real property and any improvement thereon for the location of the public improvement. These costs include but are not limited to project administration, construction inspection, material testing and utility relocations.
B. The local share of the cost of making the public improvement, as described hereinabove, shall be distributed within each CITY as follows:
(1) The CITY OF MERRIAM, KANSAS shall pay 90.5% of the local share of said public improvement (estimated to be $659,300.00).
(2) The CITY OF OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS shall pay 9.5% of the local share of said public improvement (estimated to be $69,200.00).
ESTIMATED COST OF PROJECT.
