Evaluation Cycles. 7.1.1 Probationary unit members shall be evaluated at least once each school year. 7.1.2 Permanent unit members shall be evaluated at least once every two (2) school years. 7.1.3 Permanent unit members, who have been with the district for at least ten (10) years, and have received exemplary evaluations, may be excused from evaluations for every two years and be evaluated on a five-year cycle, based upon the mutual consent of the evaluator and the evaluatee.
