Evaluation During the Probationary Period. During the probationary period, the evaluator shall meet with the probationary employee at least twice monthly to supervise and make a written evaluation of the progress made by the employee. The evaluation form (attached) shall be used for documentation of evaluation reports during the probationary period. 5.10.6.1 For the TPEP process, the employee will be removed from probation if they have demonstrated improvement that results in a new comprehensive summative evaluation performance rating of “satisfactory”. “Satisfactory” will mean Level 2 (Basic), or higher, for employees with less than five years of experience or Level 3 (Proficient), or higher, if the classroom teacher is on a continuing contract with more than five years of teaching experience.
