Evaluation Forms. 15.2.1 Forms used for evaluation shall be those mutually agreed upon by the District and CSEA. 15.2.2 Any negative evaluation shall include specific recommendations for improvements and provisions for assisting the unit member in implementing any recommendations made. A written explanation will accompany any less than satisfactory score. 15.2.3 The ultimate goal of evaluation is to improve employee performance.
