The President of the CEA shall not be given any duty or assignment prior to the beginning of the student school day or after the end of the student school day during his/her term of office as President of the Association. 2. The President of the CEA shall receive the entire packet prepared for all Board of Education meetings via email on the day that the meeting is to take place.
