EVALUATION OF ACADEMY COORDINATORS. 4.11.2.1 Evaluation of the Academy Coordinators will be accomplished under the evaluation article of this Agreement. The Academy Coordinator evaluation will be a distinct evaluation separate from the Academy Coordinator’s regular evaluation, and it shall be based upon stated Academy Coordinator goals and objectives developed at the onset of the year. 4.11.2.2 The principal or designee shall be responsible for the ongoing evaluation of Academy Coordinators. 4.11.2.3 Academy Coordinators with an unsatisfactory evaluation in that role shall be notified in writing and given a minimum of thirty (30) school days to correct such areas of deficiency. 4.11.2.4 In the event that the deficiencies are not corrected to the satisfaction of the Principal, the Academy Coordinator shall be removed from office at the end of the thirty-day (30) period.

  • Program Coordinator Each program may designate a program coordinator to assist with the matching processes. The program coordinator:

  • Donor Coordination Throughout the multi-year development of the Compact, MCC and the Government have engaged in an inclusive process that included consultations with the United States Government, Nepali communities and key private sector actors, non-government actors, and other donors as well as multilateral organizations. In particular, MCC worked closely with the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank in reviewing and agreeing on various power sector reforms required in Nepal for future programming by the two banks. MCC also consulted frequently with the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (“DFID”) during its preparation of a political economy analysis of power sector reform.

  • Project Coordinator The Project Coordinator coordinates and manages the Project and represents the Participants before Stichting LSH-TKI. Participants appoint [Participant] as Project Coordinator and authorize Mr/Mrs ……….. to carry out the tasks set forth under this Section 6.7 and Section 6.8. In particular, the Project Coordinator shall be responsible for: preparing the meetings, proposing decisions and preparing the agenda of Project Committee chairing the meetings, preparing the minutes of the meetings and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings; monitoring compliance by the Participants with their obligations; keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available; collecting and reviewing information on the progress of the Project and submitting outline scientific reports and other deliverables (including financial statements and related certification), if required, to Stichting LSH-TKI and other Participants; transmitting promptly documents and information connected with the Project; administration of the Budget and fulfilling the financial tasks, all as described in Article 7; providing, upon request, the Participants with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Project Coordinator when such copies or originals are necessary for the Participants to present claims. The Project Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Participant.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification. Ensure that all key personnel attend any refresher trainings for At-Sea Monitors. For a specific job description see Section J, Attachment 2, Labor Category Classifications and Job Descriptions.

  • Evaluation of Teaching 1. All reports on a teacher shall be in writing.
