Event-data. Xxxxxx agrees not to transmit, distribute, misappropriate or sell (or aid in transmitting, distributing, misappropriating or selling), in any media now or hereafter existing, any description, account (whether text, data or visual, and including (without limitation) play-by-play data), picture, video, audio or other form of exploitation or reproduction of the Event. Violators are subject to ejection, in addition to all penalties and remedies provided by law, and in this Agreement.

Event-data. Client will furnish to AXS or enter into the electronic AXS Platform, all necessary information with respect to the proposed arrangement of the Venue for each Event, including seating layout, Ticket prices and structure, any applicable taxes and tax rates, permissible discounts, Ticket header information, color logos and other photos or graphics, entry information, vision and hearing information, wheelchair and other accessible seating information and such other information as AXS may reasonably request or that may be necessary for the proper sale of Tickets through the AXS Platform (collectively, “Event Data”). Such Event Data shall be provided to AXS sufficiently in advance of any on-sale date or Ticket sales for each Event. Client shall be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that Event Data or any other information posted by Client and/or AXS (including its assigns or designees) in connection with any Event(s) and/or the services is accurate and up to date. Client will ensure that it has all necessary rights to provide the Event Data to AXS, and that the Event Data will not infringe upon or otherwise violate the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party. Client acknowledges that AXS (and its assigns and/or designees) shall be entitled to rely on information posted by and/or approved by Client. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, AXS will have no liability to Client under this Agreement for any act or omission by AXS in reliance on any Event Data so furnished by Client or in the event of any delay or failure by Client to so furnish any Event Data.
Event-data data recorded that cannot be directly associated with any specific Vendor (for example: total spend at the Event, total number or transactions at the Event).

  • Client Data The Subrecipient shall maintain client data demonstrating client eligibility for services provided. Such data shall include, but not be limited to, client name, address, income level or other basis for determining eligibility, and description of service provided. Such information shall be made available to Grantee monitors or their designees for review upon request.

  • Location Data Apple and its partners, licensees and third party developers may provide certain services through the Apple Software that rely upon location information. To provide and improve these services, where available, Apple and its partners, licensees and third party developers may transmit, collect, maintain, process and use your location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer, and location search queries. The location data and queries collected by Apple are collected in a form that does not personally identify you and may be used by Apple and its partners, licensees and third party developers to provide and improve location-based products and services. By using any location-based services provided by or through the Apple Software, you agree and consent to Apple's and its partners', licensees' and third party developers’ transmission, collection, maintenance, processing and use of your location data and queries to provide and improve such products and services. You may withdraw this consent at any time by going to the Location Services setting in the Apple Software and either turning off the global Location Services setting or turning off the individual location setting of each location-aware application on your computer. The Location Services setting is found in the Security & Privacy pane within System Preferences. When using third party applications or services on your computer that use or provide location data, you are subject to and should review such third party's terms and privacy policy on use of location data by such third party applications or services.

  • Market Data Client acknowledges that Agent may provide real-time or delayed quotations and other market information and messages (“Market Data”), which Market Data is provided to Agent by certain national securities exchanges and associations who assert a proprietary interest in Market Data disseminated by them but do not guarantee the timeliness, sequence, accuracy or completeness thereof. Client agrees and acknowledges that Agent shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage arising from or occasioned by any inaccuracy, error, delay in, omission of, or interruption in any Market Data or the transmission thereof.

  • Customer Data 4.1 The Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.

  • Invoice Data The Contractor shall report invoice data from each paid or remitted invoice within 30 calendar days after the end of the reporting quarter, including the invoice data on task orders issued through the GSA AAS Business System Portal. (Note: Whatever method the Contractor chooses (e.g., “each paid” or “remitted”) the Contractor must be consistent in their reporting method throughout the term of the OASIS Contract). If no Invoice Data was received during a required reporting period for a specific task order, the Contractor shall report in the “Zero Invoice Data” screen located in the CPRM system for that particular task order. Regardless of contract type, the Contractor shall report the following into the CPRM:
