Evolution of the consortium. I.3.1. The consortium may be enlarged to include other legal entities, which shall accede to the framework agreement by means of Form B (set out in Annex III). The Agency is deemed to have accepted this legal entity as a partner in the consortium, if it does not object within six weeks of receipt of Form B. Evolution of the consortium. The consortium may be enlarged to include other universities. The decision whether to accept new parties to this Agreement rests with the university representatives. The new members to the consortium shall assume the rights and obligations as established by this Agreement and its amendments with effect from the date of their accession to the Agreement. For clarification, the Parties agree to calculate the regular termination date of this Agreement from the effective date described in section 1.2 regardless of the actual accession to the Agreement by individual Parties.

In the case of abolished tasks as a result of a decision of the Project Management Board, Members shall rearrange the tasks of the Parties concerned. Such rearrangement shall take into consideration the legitimate commitments taken prior to the decisions, which cannot be cancelled.
