Exceptions to Work Schedule Bidding a. The institution's management will make the specific work assignments for Community Officers and training slots on each shift. Removal from these assignments may occur for valid cause. b. Community Officer positions are for the second (2nd) shift from 5:15 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. or 5:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with varying days off depending on the level of the SUMMIT Community; these various days off will be posted prior to the bid; and third (3rd) shift from 2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Any employee who bids these shifts may be assigned as a primary SUMMIT Community Officer for any SUMMIT Community at management’s discretion.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.
