Common use of Excess Fares Clause in Contracts

Excess Fares. (a) You will be reimbursed excess fares when the cost of travel to and from your temporary place of work is greater than the cost of travel to and from your usual place of work. (b) Excess fares are not reimbursed when you are receiving travel allowance (refer Clause 25.1) or have relocated in anticipation of a permanent move.
