Common use of Exclusive Recognition Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Recognition. A. The Board recognizes the Association as the exclusive and sole negotiation representative for any employee paid on the Certified/Licensed Personnel Salary Schedule. (Revised 1/1/91) B. If at any time the Board receives a petition signed by thirty (30) percent of the bargaining unit, the Board will schedule a representative election. The election will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. C. Expansion of the employees represented by the Association will occur at such times and upon such terms and conditions as are mutually agreed upon between the Board and the Association. (Adopted 1/1/91) X. Xx administrator and employee are encouraged to meet to resolve concerns at the lowest level possible.
