Executive Brief. An executive brief which includes: a) A comprehensive approach to provide the required Services. b) A narrative on why Proposer should be selected for the Services, including: i. A brief overview of the specific experience and expertise of the proposed professional team (personnel and subconsultants) explaining why this team should be selected. ii. Prior experience working in an operating airport. iii. Prior examples and experience where the proposed professional team has worked together on other projects. iv. Discussion of similar projects referenced in Paragraph 3 below (USGSA Form 330), with particular reference to scope, phasing, construction delivery methods and lessons learned. v. Specific discussion of involvement on Construction Management at Risk projects on operating airports, or other comparable infrastructure projects, with specific reference to Proposer’s approach to the coordination with the Construction Management team on pre-construction and the project implementation (discuss shared use of technology, if applicable). c) A narrative outlining the Proposer’s approach to incorporating sustainable design principles into the Services. d) A narrative outlining Proposer’s use of technology, including three-dimensional design with clash analysis on similar Projects, and the pros and cons, if any, of employing such technology on the Services. e) A two (2) page description of the Proposer’s quality control program for providing the proposed Services. Include the proposed method for communication and coordinating with the Aviation Authority, its other consultants and other interested governmental agencies. f) A statement describing the recent, current and projected workloads of the Proposer. g) A statement summarizing the volume of work previously awarded to Proposer by the Aviation Authority.

Executive Brief. An executive brief which includes: a) An explanation of the Proposer’s comprehensive approach to providing the Services. b) A narrative on why Proposer should be selected, including: i. Refer to the Categories of Services numbered 1-6 in the Advertisement. For each Category that the Proposer proposes to perform, include a brief overview of the Proposer’s experience and expertise explaining why the Proposer should be selected for the particular Category of Services. ii. Describe the Proposer’s similar professional financial consulting contracts with particular reference to scope, funding sources, construction delivery methods and lessons learned. iii. Specifically describe the Proposer’s experience on federal and state grant- funded construction projects at operating airports, or other comparable infrastructure projects, with specific reference to Proposer’s approach to the coordination and communication with the Owner and the Program Management (OAR) teams and project implementation (discuss shared use of technology, if any).

A brief overview of the specific experience and expertise of the proposed professional team (key personnel and subconsultants) explaining why this team should be selected. ii. Prior experience working in an operating large hub and general aviation airports. iii. Prior examples and experience where the proposed professional team has worked together on other projects. iv. Discussion of similar projects referenced in Paragraph 3 below (USGSA Form 330), with particular reference to scope, phasing, construction delivery methods and lessons learned. v. Specific discussion of experience with various project delivery methods, including Design Criteria Package (DCP) Development, Design/Bid/Build, and Design- Build projects with specific reference to Proposer’s approach to management of the contractor team from pre-construction through close-out. vi. A statement that the Proposer is willing to meet time and budget requirements, such as a commitment to starting immediately upon award of the contract and to continue through the completion of the awarded projects with the same proposed personnel. vii. A statement that based upon the recent, current, and projected workloads, the proposed individuals are and will continue to be available to perform the Services. viii. A statement summarizing the volume of work previously awarded to Proposer by the Aviation Authority c) A description of Proposer’s use of technology, on similar Projects, and the pros and cons, if any, of employing such technology in the performance of the Services. d) A two (2) page description of the Proposer’s quality control program for providing the proposed Services. Include the proposed method for communication and coordinating with the Aviation Authority, its other consultants and other interested governmental agencies.

Executive Brief. Outline of the key personnel the Proposer intends to use in performing the required Services under the proposed Agreement, including: a) A detailed narrative role description for key personnel proposed for these Services. b) Resumes for key personnel showing the experience on comparable services or other relevant experience.

  • Executive Benefits The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

  • Executive Board In addition to the rules in Section 6.2, the following rules shall apply:

  • Executive Director (a) The HMO must employ a qualified individual to serve as the Executive Director for its HHSC HMO Program(s). Such Executive Director must be employed full-time by the HMO, be primarily dedicated to HHSC HMO Program(s), and must hold a Senior Executive or Management position in the HMO’s organization, except that the HMO may propose an alternate structure for the Executive Director position, subject to HHSC’s prior review and written approval. (b) The Executive Director must be authorized and empowered to represent the HMO regarding all matters pertaining to the Contract prior to such representation. The Executive Director must act as liaison between the HMO and the HHSC and must have responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) ensuring the HMO’s compliance with the terms of the Contract, including securing and coordinating resources necessary for such compliance; (2) receiving and responding to all inquiries and requests made by HHSC related to the Contract, in the time frames and formats specified by HHSC. Where practicable, HHSC must consult with the HMO to establish time frames and formats reasonably acceptable to the Parties; (3) attending and participating in regular HHSC HMO Executive Director meetings or conference calls; (4) attending and participating in regular HHSC Regional Advisory Committees (RACs) for managed care (the Executive Director may designate key personnel to attend a RAC if the Executive Director is unable to attend); (5) making best efforts to promptly resolve any issues identified either by the HMO or HHSC that may arise and are related to the Contract; (6) meeting with HHSC representative(s) on a periodic or as needed basis to review the HMO’s performance and resolve issues, and (7) meeting with HHSC at the time and place requested by HHSC, if HHSC determines that the HMO is not in compliance with the requirements of the Contract.

  • Executive Executive’s rights and obligations under this Agreement shall not be transferable by Executive by assignment or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Company; provided, however, that if Executive shall die, all amounts then payable to Executive hereunder shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to Executive’s devisee, legatee, or other designee, or if there be no such designee, to Executive’s estate.

  • Executive Summary Contractor shall, upon request by NASPO ValuePoint, provide NASPO ValuePoint with an executive summary that includes but is not limited to a list of states with an active Participating Addendum, states with which Contractor is in negotiations, and any Participating Addendum roll-out or implementation activities and issues. NASPO ValuePoint and Contractor will determine the format and content of the executive summary.

  • Executive Compensation Until such time as the Investor ceases to own any debt or equity securities of the Company acquired pursuant to this Agreement or the Warrant, the Company shall take all necessary action to ensure that its Benefit Plans with respect to its Senior Executive Officers comply in all respects with Section 111(b) of the EESA as implemented by any guidance or regulation thereunder that has been issued and is in effect as of the Closing Date, and shall not adopt any new Benefit Plan with respect to its Senior Executive Officers that does not comply therewith. “Senior Executive Officers” means the Company's "senior executive officers" as defined in subsection 111(b)(3) of the EESA and regulations issued thereunder, including the rules set forth in 31 C.F.R. Part 30.

  • Executive Benefit Plans The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all plans or programs sponsored by the Company for employees in general, including without limitation, participation in any group health, medical reimbursement, or life insurance plans.

  • Terms of Employment This Section 2 sets forth the terms and conditions on which the Company agrees to employ Executive during the period (the "Protected Period") beginning on the first day during the Term of this Agreement on which a Change of Control occurs and ending on the second anniversary of that date, or such earlier date as Executive's employment terminates as contemplated by Section 3.
