Exhibit Representatives. Each 8x10 exhibit package is entitled to one complimentary registration per booth. Up to three additional staff members from the same company may register at the reduced rate of $399 per person. Multiple companies may not share a single booth. Companies with a shared business relationship may co-locate but will be charged a co-location fee of $500/person plus registration fee.

Exhibit Representatives. Each 8x10 exhibit package is entitled to one complimentary registration per booth. Up to three additional staff members from the same company may register at the reduced rate of $399 per person. Multiple companies may not share a single booth. height of 8’. The maximum booth height of 8’ may extend out 1⁄2 the depth of the booth from the back wall. Height limitation of the display in the balance of the area is 36”, except for product and equipment on display which in itself may exceed this height. It is expressly agreed by the exhibitor that in the event he or she fails to install his or her products in his or her exhibit space, or fails to pay the space rental at the time specified, exhibit management shall have the right to take possession of said space and lease some or any part thereof to such parties and upon such terms and conditions as it may deem appropriate. Companies with a shared business relationship may co-locate but will be 8. No dismantling will be permitted before closing time. No exhibitor charged a co-location fee.
Exhibit Representatives. Each table top exhibit fee includes two (2) exhibit hall only booth representative badges. Sponsors who purchase a 10x10 space receive four (4) exhibit hall passes. Representatives are invited to all events held within the exhibit hall. These badges do NOT include conference registrations. Exhibit booth representatives must register as full conference or single-day registrants at the prevailing rates to attend educational sessions. Additional booth representative badges can be purchased and include access to the exhibit hall and meals held in the exhibit hall during exhibit days ONLY.

With your booth assignment you will receive a Booth Representative Form. You may use this form to register and submit payment for your booth representatives at the time.   • Staff Representatives A. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the bargaining unit for which they are responsible. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes.

Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.

  • 000 UNION REPRESENTATIVES 9.100 Representatives of the Unions shall have access to the job during working hours on Union business. They shall, as regulations of the plant permit, obtain specific authorization from the Company for each visit.
