Exhibition Events. An interview and walk-through of the exhibition, with Gallery representative and Artist, will be filmed for posting on Gallery's YouTube channel and other social media. Artist may link to and/or download the interview, providing credit to Gallery if shared on other platforms. The XxXxxx Textile Gallery will follow Virginia's Covid-19 requirements for visitors at the Gallery. Visitor access to the exhibition will be during regular Gallery hours or by special appointment. A public reception will follow CDC Covid-19 recommendations. The Gallery will provide other publicity and outreach for each show.
Exhibition Events.  To initiate, invite, coordinate and confirm list of exhibition items and works ("Exhibits") by Exhibitors;  To source, inspect and prepare venues for the setup of Exhibits;  To assist the setup and finish of all Exhibits with Exhibitors;  To manage and liaise with venue management and facilitate electricity, lighting and other specific services provision for Exhibits;  To assist the certification of public safety for the Hong Kong Exhibition and to arrange insurance whenever and wherever appropriate;  To monitor and maintain all Exhibits during the course of the Hong Kong Exhibition;  To arrange exchange of exhibits, transportation and related logistics arrangement of Exhibits between Shenzhen and Hong Kong Exhibition;  To oversee dismantling for site clearance and comply with the requirement as set by site provider;  To arrange guided tours, symposiums and/or other promotional, educational and cultural events for the UABBHK2019;  To organise events which strengthen the interaction with periphery cities especially Peal River Delta region;  To organise events for the youth including secondary schools and primary schools’ students.  To report to the organiser for incompliance incidence, if any.

  • Termination Events This Agreement may, by notice given prior to or at the Closing, be terminated:

  • Default Events (a) Any material breach of the Funding Agreement by the Recipient, including those set out below, will be an event of default (“Default Event”):

  • Additional Event of Suspension Section 4.01. Pursuant to Section 6.02 (l) of the General Conditions, the following additional event is specified, namely, that a situation has arisen which shall make it improbable that the Program, or a significant part thereof, will be carried out.

  • Rights Upon Event of Default (a) As long as an Event of Default under this Agreement remains unremedied, Holders of not less than 50% of the outstanding Class Principal Balance of the Original Notes (in each case the outstanding Class Principal Balance of the Original Notes will be determined without regard to any exchanges of Class M Notes for MAC Notes) to which such Event of Default relates may, by written notice to Freddie Mac, declare such Notes due and payable and accelerate the maturity of such Notes. In the event that Class M Notes have been exchanged for MAC Notes, Holders of such MAC Notes will be entitled to exercise all the voting or direction rights that are allocated to such exchanged Class M Notes as described herein. Upon such acceleration, the Class Principal Balance of such Notes and the interest accrued thereon shall be due and payable.

  • Train Operator Events of Default The following are Train Operator Events of Default:

  • Actions in Event of Breach Upon Contractor’s material breach, the Department may:  terminate this contract under Section 17.1 and pursue any of its remedies under this contract, at law, or in equity; or  treat this contract as materially breached and pursue any of its remedies under this contract, at law, or in equity.
