Exhibition Launch. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to meet any Responsible Serving of Alcohol requirements set by the State of NSW. Openings are to be held on the first Wednesday of the exhibition unless agreed upon otherwise in discussion with the exhibition officer. Costs associated with exhibition openings are the responsibility of the exhibiting artist (s). Exhibition openings taking place during the advertised opening hours of 10am-5pm daily (for example Saturday afternoon), must not serve alcohol as to adhere to State legislation around Liquor licensing. Exhibition staff will provide assistance with the setup of wine and water glasses, platters, tables, ice buckets, table cloths and all other manner of equipment including PA equipment as required for an opening event. Opening event equipment is on site and available for artists use. Artists will be given access to a small kitchenette In the Bondi Pavilion for refrigeration and catering purposes from the Wednesday morning of their opening event. All alcohol and catering delivery arrangements should be made for the Wednesday of the opening and communicated to gallery and venue staff.

  • Exhibitions 1. Originating goods, sent for exhibition in third country and sold after the exhibition for importation in a Signatory Party shall benefit, on importation, from the provisions of this Agreement, provided it is shown to the satisfaction of the Customs Authorities that:

  • Exhibition The following applies to XXXX’x annual conference, CORROSION, only. Sponsors committing to Sponsorships less than or equal to $20,000 (referred to herein as an “Exhibitor”) are required to maintain an exhibit at the Event. Please note that all Exhibitors will have to complete the Exhibit Space Contract a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Please note that all of the terms of the Exhibit Space Contract are incorporated into this Sponsorship Agreement by reference. If XXXX terminates this Sponsorship Agreement for any reason, the Exhibit Space Contract will automatically terminate. However, if Exhibitor chooses to terminate this Sponsorship Agreement in accordance with Section 18(b) of this Sponsorship Agreement, at XXXX’x sole discretion, the Exhibitor may be allowed to maintain an exhibit at the Event. XXXX will notify Exhibitor whether or not it can maintain an exhibit at the Event within five (5) days of receiving Exhibitor’s notice of termination.

  • Preparatory Contract Negotiations Meetings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee to attend preparatory contract negotiations meetings.

  • Advertising Prohibition Provider is prohibited from using Student Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing or advertising efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to Client; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service to Client.

  • SOFTWARE PIRACY PROHIBITION State or other public funds payable under this Contract shall not be used for the acquisition, operation, or maintenance of computer software in violation of federal copyright laws or applicable licensing restrictions. Contractor hereby certifies and warrants that, during the term of this Contract and any extensions, Contractor has and shall maintain in place appropriate systems and controls to prevent such improper use of public funds. If the State determines that Contractor is in violation of this provision, the State may exercise any remedy available at law or in equity or under this Contract, including, without limitation, immediate termination of this Contract and any remedy consistent with federal copyright laws or applicable licensing restrictions.

  • Scope and Application This Appendix will apply to all work undertaken within the Employer’s Workshop(s) by employees mainly engaged at the Workshop.

  • Additional Information for Product Development Projects Outcome of product development efforts, such copyrights and license agreements. • Units sold or projected to be sold in California and outside of California. • Total annual sales or projected annual sales (in dollars) of products developed under the Agreement. • Investment dollars/follow-on private funding as a result of Energy Commission funding. • Patent numbers and applications, along with dates and brief descriptions.  Additional Information for Product Demonstrations: • Outcome of demonstrations and status of technology. • Number of similar installations. • Jobs created/retained as a result of the Agreement.

  • Packaged Water Prohibition Contractor agrees that it shall not sell, provide, or otherwise distribute Packaged Water, as defined by San Francisco Environment Code Chapter 24, as part of its performance of this Agreement.

  • License Type Your license to a Product will be under a Named User or CPU license type, as specified on an order. Each Named User license to a Product entitles a Named User to access and use that Product in one production environment and up to two non-production environments. Each CPU license to a Product entitles you to assign the Product to a single CPU in one production environment and up to two non-production environments, for use in support of an unspecified number of Named Users.

  • Exhibitors Exhibitors will receive registrations for four people to work the exhibit booth. Should exhibitors require additional registrations, they must be purchased from THE CONFERENCE GROUP at rates established by THE CONFERENCE GROUP. Registrations are not transferable.
