Exhibitor Breach. If Exhibitor breaches any of its obligations under this Application, Management (1) may immediately, without notice, prohibit Exhibitor from exhibiting at the Exhibition and all future shows and exhibitions run by Management and terminate this Application, (2) shall retain all amounts paid hereunder and Exhibitor shall pay Management any remaining balance outstanding according to Page 1, and (3) may pursue any other legal or equitable remedies to which it is entitled. Further, Management may thereupon direct Exhibitor to immediately remove its employees, any of its representatives and agents, its merchandise and other property from the Venue.
Exhibitor Breach. Organizer reserves the right to cancel Exhibitor's participation if Exhibitor breaches any of its obligations or does not comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement including, but not limited to, making any payment that is due as per this Agreement. If Organizer does cancel Exhibitor as per this section, Exhibitor will have been deemed to have canceled its own participation and thus be subject to cancellation fees as stated in Paragraph VII, below. The date of cancellation for calculating the cancellation fees shall be the date that Organizer cancels Exhibitor for breach.
Exhibitor Breach. If Exhibitor breaches any of its obligations under the License Agreement, (1) Shoppe Object may immediately, without notice, prohibit Exhibitor from exhibiting at the Show and all future shows and exhibitions run by Shoppe Object and terminate the License hereunder,
Exhibitor Breach. If Exhibitor breaches any of its obligations under the Agreement, (1) Management may immediately, without notice, terminate the License hereunder and prohibit Exhibitor from exhibiting at the Exhibition or accessing the Platform and may deactivate the Virtual Space or repossess the Exhibit Space and utilize such Space for any purpose Management may see fit without in any way releasing Exhibitor from any liability hereunder; (2) may prohibit Exhibitor from all future events and exhibitions run by Management; (3) Management shall retain all amounts paid hereunder and Exhibitor shall pay Management any remaining balance outstanding according to the agreement order; and (4) Management may pursue any other legal or equitable remedies to which it is entitled. Further, Management may thereupon direct Exhibitor to immediately, or at a time to be determined by Management, remove its Exhibitor Representatives, its merchandise, or other property from the Venue and Management may remove any or all Exhibitor Materials from the Exhibition website or from the Platform. If the License is terminated as described in this section, Management shall not be liable for any costs, damages, fees or expenses of Exhibitor as a result of such termination.
Exhibitor Breach. Non-Payment If Exhibitor fails to make required payments as described in the Contract, or is otherwise in breach of this Contract, INTIX may terminate the Exhibitor’s participation in the Exhibition without further notice and without obligation to refund moneys previously paid. In order to qualify for and retain original reserved rate for exhibit space, full payment for the space most be remitted by posted deadline. If full payment is not received by the deadline, any rate discounts obtained at the time of the original booking will become void, the space will be subject to current posted rates, exhibitor will be responsible for the new adjusted total, and full payment must be remitted before space is officially assigned to exhibitor. Until payment is made in full, the space is not secured and INTIX may release the space to make it available to other interested parties who are ready to commit with full payment and retain any payments made to it by Exhibitor. After October 1, 2023, the balance must be paid in full. Exhibitor may not move in until full payment is received. Any violations may impact Exhibitor’s ability to exhibit in future INTIX exhibitions.

If Exhibitor breaches any of its obligations under the License Agreement, (1) Shoppe Object may immediately, without notice, prohibit Exhibitor from exhibiting at the Virtual Marketplace and all future shows and exhibitions run by Shoppe Object and terminate the License hereunder, (2) Shoppe Object shall retain all amounts paid hereunder and Exhibitor shall pay Shoppe Object any remaining balance outstanding according to the above document and (3) Shoppe Object may pursue any other legal or equitable remedies to which it is entitled. Further, Shoppe Object may thereupon direct Exhibitor to immediately remove its employees, any of its representatives and agents, its merchandise and other property from the Virtual Marketplace.

Further, Shoppe Object may thereupon direct Exhibitor to im- Shoppe Object License Agreement High Point 2023 mediately remove its employees, any of its representatives and agents, its merchandise and other property from the Virtual Marketplace.

If Exhibitor breaches any of its obligations under the License Agreement, (1) Shoppe Object may immediately, without notice, prohibit Exhibitor from exhibiting at the Virtual Marketplace and all future shows and exhibitions run by Shoppe Object and terminate the License hereunder, (2) Shoppe Object shall retain all amounts paid hereunder and Exhibitor shall pay Shoppe Object any remaining balance outstanding according to the above document and (3) Shoppe Object may pursue any other legal Shoppe Object at High Point Market License Agreement, 2024 or equitable remedies to which it is entitled. Further, Shoppe Object may thereupon direct Exhibitor to immediately remove its employees, any of its representatives and agents, its merchandise and other property from the Virtual Marketplace.
Exhibitor Breach. If Exhibitor breaches any of its obligations under the License Agreement, (1) Shoppe Object may immediately, without notice, prohibit Exhibitor from exhibiting at the Show and all future shows and exhibitions run by Shoppe Object and terminate the License hereunder, (2) Shoppe Object shall retain all amounts paid hereunder and Exhibitor shall pay Shoppe Object any remaining balance outstand- ing according to Page 1 and (3) Shoppe Object may pursue any other legal or equitable remedies to which it is entitled. Further, Shoppe Object may thereupon direct Exhibitor to immediately remove its employees, any of its representatives and agents, its merchandise and other property from the Venue. In addition to all other amounts due in the event of a breach under this Agreement, Exhibitor agrees to pay Shoppe Object reasonable attorney fees and costs of litigation. Shoppe Object shall be entitled to close any market suite or exhibit at any time for failure by Exhibitor or any of its officers, agents, employees, or other representatives to perform, meet or observe any term or condition set forth herein, and such Exhibitor shall not be entitled to a refund of any part of any rent or fee. Shoppe Object’s remedies are cumulative and not exclusive of other remedies to which Shoppe Object may be legally entitled.

Further, Shoppe Object may thereupon direct Exhibitor to im- mediately remove its employees, any of its representatives and agents, its merchandise and other property from the Virtual Marketplace.
