Exhibitor Space. The association shall provide one free conference registration and name badge, and one exhibit space with 6’ skirted table and two chairs. Additional booth attendees must purchase either official conference name badges for access to exhibitor area and all conference meals and breaks and the Tuesday evening reception or register separately for the full conference.
Exhibitor Space. Exhibit space includes: a 6’x 24” table, one chair (optional), and power (one 120 V 600 watt drop per space). If the Exhibitor requires more power, they should inform Event Management and additional fees may apply.

Each booth will have 1 CAT6 drop and 1 120v power drop. • ACOT reserves the right to change location assignments if deemed necessary. • ACOT nor the hosting facility will carry insurance for property therein. Exhibitors will be responsible for any damages to equipment within their respective booth. ACOT will lock and patrol the exhibitor space to prevent theft.
Exhibitor Space. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, the Connecticut Marine Trades Association, Inc. (“CMTA”) shall permit the Exhibitor to use the exhibitor space (the “booth”) indicated on the face hereof during the duration of the Show. CMTA reserves the right to change the location of the Exhibitor’s booth at its sole discretion. If CMTA changes the Exhibitor’s booth location, it will make reasonable efforts to relocate the Exhibitor at a booth comparable in size and visibility. If the total square foot area of the relocated booth differs from the square foot area of the original booth, a pro- rated fee adjustment will be made.

Exhibitor Space. CNPDAS provides the Exhibitor with a booth to promote their products or services. 2. Distribution & Signs: No sales without CNPDAS approval. Promotional materials can be handed out if requested.
Exhibitor Space. League hereby permits Exhibitor to use and occupy the Exhibition Space described as (booth space requested on contract) or such comparable space as League reasonably may substitute therefore, for and during the ELECTRIC LEAGUE EXPO on April 28, 2020.
