Exit Devices. A. Exit devices shall be ANSI/BHMA Performance Grade 1 and shall be “UL” listed for Life Safety. All exit devices for labeled doors shall have “UL” label for “Fire Exit Hardware”. All devices shall be thru- bolted. All devices shall conform to current N.F.P.A.80 and N.F.P.A.101 requirements. B. All exit devices shall be of a heavy duty, chassis mounting design, with one-piece removable covers, eliminating the necessity of removing the device from the door for standard maintenance. C. All trim shall be thru-bolted to the lock stile case. All non-fire rated exit devices shall be supplied with cylinder dogging feature. D. All lever trim shall have an anti-vandal clutching mechanism. E. All exit devices shall be plated to standard Architectural finishes matching the balance of the door hardware. F. All removable mullions shall be door key removable. G. Provide a mullion holder mounted near all doors with removable mullions to allow for storage of removed mullion. H. All exit devices shall be installed using factory supplied sex bolts. I. Do not use exit devices with concealed mechanisms [e.g. concealed vertical rods]. J. Architect shall coordinate the specification and installation of proximity door lock devices with OWNER. X. Exit Devices. 1. Exit devices shall be touchpad type, fabricated of brass, bronze, stainless steel, or alumi- num, plated to the standard architectural finishes to match the balance of the door hard- ware. 2. All exit devices shall incorporate a fluid damper or other device which eliminates noise as- sociated with exit device operation. Touchpad shall extend a minimum of one half of the door width. End-cap will have two-point attachment to door. Touch-pad shall match exit device finish, and shall be stainless steel for US26, US26D, US28, US32, and US32D fin- ishes. Only compression springs will be used in devices, latches, and outside trims or con- trols. 3. All devices to incorporate a security deadlatching feature. 4. Provide roller strikes for all rim and surface mounted vertical rod devices, ASA strikes for mortise devices, and manufacturer's standard strikes for concealed vertical rod devices. 5. Mechanism case shall sit flush on the face of all flush doors, or spacers shall be furnished to fill gaps behind devices. Where glass trim or molding projects off the face of the door, provide glass bead kits. 6. All non-fire-rated exit devices shall have hex key dogging. 7. Removable mullions shall be of aluminum tube construction. Where scheduled, mullion shall be of a type that can be removed by use of a keyed cylinder, which is self-locking when re-installed. 8. Where lever handles are specified as outside trim for exit devices, provide heavy duty lever trims with forged or cast escutcheon plates. Where lever operators are scheduled, provide vandal-resistant levers that will travel to a 90-degree down position when more than 35 pounds of torque are applied, and which can easily be re-set. Lever style will match the lever style of the locksets. 9. Exit devices shall be UL listed panic exit hardware. All exit devices for fire rated openings shall be UL labeled fire exit hardware. 10. Provide electrical options as scheduled. 11. Exit devices shall be successfully cycle-tested and certified for 1 million cycles by an inde- pendent testing laboratory. 12. Exit devices meeting this specification: Von Duprin 99 series, no substitution.

  • Intercept Devices 26.1.1.1 Local and federal law enforcement agencies periodically request information or assistance from local telephone service providers. When either Party receives a request associated with an End User of the other Party, it shall refer such request to the Party that serves such End User, unless the request directs the receiving Party to attach a pen register, trap-and-trace or form of intercept on the Party's facilities, in which case that Party shall comply with any valid request.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4. 5.7.2 BellSouth shall make available the following channelization systems and interfaces: 5.7.2.1 DS1 Channelization System: channelizes a DS1 signal into a maximum of twenty- four (24)

  • Synchronization Rights The Licensor hereby grants limited synchronization rights for One (1) music video streamed online (Youtube, Vimeo, etc..) for up to 500000 non-monetized video streams on all total sites. A separate synchronization license will need to be purchased for distribution of video to Television, Film or Video game.

  • Safety Devices All Products provided under the Contract shall be equipped with required safety devices to comply with all applicable codes, laws, and regulations that are in effect at the time of delivery.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

  • Synchronization The Licensor hereby grants limited synchronization rights for One (1) music video streamed online (Youtube, Vimeo, etc..) for up to 500,000 non-monetized video streams on all total sites. A separate synchronisation license will need to be purchased for distribution of video to Television, Film or Video game.

  • Network Interface Device 4.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of end-user customer premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single-line termination device or that portion of a multiple-line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises. The NID features two independent xxxxxxxx or divisions that separate the service provider’s network from the End User’s on-premises wiring. Each chamber or division contains the appropriate connection points or posts to which the service provider and the End User each make their connections. The NID provides a protective ground connection and is capable of terminating cables such as twisted pair cable. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall permit Al-Call to connect Al-Call ’s loop facilities to on-premises wiring through the BellSouth NID or at any other technically feasible point.

  • Removable media devices All electronic files that contain DHCS PHI or PI data must be encrypted when stored on any removable media or portable device (i.e. USB thumb drives, floppies, CD/DVD, smartphones, backup tapes etc.). Encryption must be a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as AES.

  • Apple and Android Devices The following terms apply when you use a mobile application obtained from either the Apple Store or Google Play (each an “App Distributor”) to access the Site: (1) the license granted to you for our mobile application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on a device that utilizes the Apple iOS or Android operating systems, as applicable, and in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the applicable App Distributor’s terms of service; (2) we are responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the mobile application as specified in the terms and conditions of this mobile application license contained in these Terms of Use or as otherwise required under applicable law, and you acknowledge that each App Distributor has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the mobile application; (3) in the event of any failure of the mobile application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the applicable App Distributor, and the App Distributor, in accordance with its terms and policies, may refund the purchase price, if any, paid for the mobile application, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App Distributor will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the mobile application; (4) you represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist supporting” country and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties; (5) you must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the mobile application, e.g., if you have a VoIP application, then you must not be in violation of their wireless data service agreement when using the mobile application; and (6) you acknowledge and agree that the App Distributors are third-party beneficiaries of the terms and conditions in this mobile application license contained in these Terms of Use, and that each App Distributor will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the terms and conditions in this mobile application license contained in these Terms of Use against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

  • Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.
