Exploitation and dissemination of knowledge. The major instrument for exploitation and dissemination of the project results are regular workshops and conferences in addition to a website. The consortium will seek to exploit possible synergies with other European projects and initiatives through project clustering and joint exploitation activities (see 6.4). The details are specified in the relevant workpackage. A specific task, Task 4.3 in WP4 is dedicated to Knowledge transfer and education. The dissemination strategies adopted in this project reflect the need to influence the emerging Grid technology and future research. All partners have existing links within the Grid community as well as with their national funding bodies and will continue to play an active role in advancing the state of the art. The dissemination campaign will begin in the early stages of the project. The GridCoord web site will provide detailed and timely information about the support action. Conferences and workshops offer excellent opportunities to present and demonstrate the results of the project. All partners participate regularly in many national and international conferences. Presentations and materials will show other interested parties the results achieved. This discussion with other experts will allow the partners to address concerns of other entities expressed in regard to the results.
