The Project Management Committee. Members The Project Management Committee is comprised of the Principal Investigators of each institution, and chaired by Xxxxx Xxxxxxx (Scientific coordinator). In the case of CSC and ITM the senior researchers are also members of this committee. It will be responsible for key decisions. Their functions and responsibilities are described in Annex I - Part B.2.1 of the Grant Agreement. * Meetings It will meet early in the project and every six months, coinciding with scientific meetings. There will also be regular teleconferences, as deemed necessary. Extraordinary meetings shall be held at any time upon written request of the Coordinator or 1/3 of the members of the Project Management Committee. * Voting rules and quorum Project Management Committee shall not deliberate and decide validly unless two-thirds (2/3) of its Members are present or represented (quorum). In case of a budget amendment the partner or partners concerned have to be present or represented. Each Member of the Project Management Committee present or represented in the meeting shall have one vote. Defaulting Parties may not vote. All resolutions of the Project Management Committee shall require the unanimous consent of members either present at a committee meeting or responding to a written consultation organised by the Coordinator. No reply within 2 weeks is considered as agreement. If consensus cannot be reached, a voting mechanism based on a simple majority vote will be established. * Decision-making The Project Management Committee shall be free to act on its own initiative to formulate proposals and take decisions in accordance with the procedures set out herein. The following decisions shall be taken by the Project Management Committee: - Proposals for changes to Annex I of the EC-GA to be agreed by the European Commission - Changes to the Consortium Plan (including the Consortium Budget) - Entry of a new Party to the Consortium and approval of the settlement on the conditions of the accession of such a new Party - Withdrawal of a Party from the Consortium and the approval of the settlement on the conditions of the withdrawal - Declaration of a Party to be a Defaulting Party - Remedies to be performed by a Defaulting Party - Termination of a Defaulting Party’s participation in the Consortium and measures relating thereto - Proposal to the European Commission for suspension of all or part of the Project - Proposal to the European Commission for termination of the Project and the Cons...

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Project Managers The JBE’s project manager is: [Insert name]. The JBE may change its project manager at any time upon notice to Contractor without need for an amendment to this Agreement.   • Union-Management Committee There shall be a union/management committee comprised of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the Union and four (4) employer representatives. The Committee's purpose is to provide and promote effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas and to make joint recommendations on matters of concern. Matters that are properly the subject of an individual grievance will not be discussed at this committee. The Committee will meet quarterly, unless agreed otherwise, at a time and place mutually agreed to provided there is business for their joint consideration. The parties will exchange agenda items at least one (1) week prior to the meeting. The parties further agree the Committee may meet at any time its members mutually agree a meeting should be held. The duties of the Chairperson will be shared by the parties. Copies of the minutes shall be provided to Committee members. The employer agrees to pay for time spent during regular working hours for representatives of the union attending such meetings. The parties may utilize video or teleconferencing services for the purposes of committee members attending committee meetings, where appropriate and available. Neither party can unreasonably deny an initiative to utilize video or teleconferencing services.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Joint Union/Management Committee It shall be appropriate for either the Union or the University to request that a Joint Union/Management committee be convened, with Environmental Health and Safety as a participating member, to discuss health and safety concerns and to explore options for addressing those concerns through appropriate training or other approaches.
