Employees who have in excess of 15 years of continuous full-time employment will have their salary compensated for an additional 120 plus the above 200 hours, totaling 320 hours. Therefore, the employee shall return to the Department all salary continuance payment by the Workers Compensation System covering the period enumerated in 13.1 of this Article. No supplemental benefit shall be paid until after the employee has deposited the Workers Compensation System lost time benefit check with the Department or the Workers’ Compensation System has issued the Department a voucher for lost time.
