Common use of Extended School Year Clause in Contracts

Extended School Year. HLC may provide an additional four weeks of services at the end of the school year, during the summer, at an additional cost of $ 3,800.00 . If School District opts to obtain these services (as shown by its representative’s initials below), paragraph 3 of this Agreement shall be modified to the extent necessary to extend the term of this Agreement by four weeks beyond the end of the school year. Dates for Summer ESY are TBD. Please note: If Student is approved to receive below therapy services during the school year, they will also receive them during the Summer ESY program accordingly.
