Common use of Extended Tour of Duty Clause in Contracts

Extended Tour of Duty. (a) A Member who is required to work overtime of one-half hour or more in excess of that Member's regularly scheduled shift, shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the hourly rate of such Member, computed on the basis of his/her regular working hours, for the first two consecutive hours of overtime worked by him/her and at the rate of twice the hourly rate computed as aforesaid, for all hours worked by such Member in excess of two hours of overtime on Police Work.

Extended Tour of Duty. (a) A Member covered by this Part II who is required to work overtime of one-half hour or more in excess of that Member's regularly scheduled shift, his/her regular daily work hours shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the hourly rate of such Member, computed on the basis of his/her regular working hours, for the first two consecutive hours of overtime worked by him/her and at the rate of twice two times the hourly rate computed as aforesaid, for all hours worked by such Member in excess of two nine and one-half consecutive hours of overtime on Police Workwork.

(a) A Member who is required to work overtime of one-half (½) hour or more in excess of that Member's regularly scheduled shift, shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times (1½X) the hourly rate of such Member, computed on the basis of his/her regular working hours, for the first two (2) consecutive hours of overtime worked by him/her and at the rate of twice (2X) the hourly rate computed as aforesaid, for all hours worked by such Member in excess of two (2) hours of overtime on Police Work.

Extended Tour of Duty. (a) A Member who is required to work overtime of one-half one‐half hour or more in excess of that Member's regularly scheduled shift, shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half one‐half times the hourly rate of such Member, computed on the basis of his/her regular working hours, for the first two consecutive hours of overtime worked by him/her and at the rate of twice the hourly rate computed as aforesaid, for all hours worked by such Member in excess of two hours of overtime on Police Work.
